Since 2003, the quality initiative ServiceQualität Deutschland has set foot in Saxony. Its goal is an increase in service quality. You can recognise certified companies on the Service-Q.
We were honoured with the certification mark ServiceQuallität Deutschland Level 1 in May 2017 and with Level 2 in August 2020 and therefore won’t leave quality to chance. In the certification context, we went through an intensive self-evaluation and analysed various processes from customer perspectives. Our staff is eagerly interested in enhancing and adapting our service quality to meet our guests’ needs. We’re always working on making individual wishes and requests possible. We take hints and improvement suggestions serious, and we always come up with something new for our visitors.
